The accommodation is clean and simple.
Single beds in a twin share room with shower and toilet.
The mattresses/beds in the ashram are quite hard. You may wish to bring a foam underlay to make it softer.
The floors are cold, so you may wish to bring slippers or thick socks.
Due to Covid-19 considerations, it would be optimal if you know who you wish to share with. You can nominate this on your booking. Please ensure you have confirmed with the person you are nominating to share with.
Please bring a mask and RAT in case of signs of ill health. If you have any signs of illness please be considerate of the wellbeing of others and self manage.

Pick Up: The retreat starts at 12.30pm on Friday 7 March at Dharamsala Airport (also known as Kangra Airport) where we will be picked up and driven to the Ashram, the trip takes about 1.5 to 2 hrs, if you get travel sickness it’s a good idea to take some medication or precautions before we leave.
Drop Off: The retreat ends with lunch on Thursday 13 March.
You have the option to stay for Holi which is celebrated on 14 and 15 March. Please choose this option when booking if you wish to stay as the extra accommodation will be included in the price.
